Аннотация

Метастатическая меланома - агрессивная форма рака кожи, плохо поддающаяся химиотерапии из-за быстрого развития устойчивости к противоопухолевым химиопрепаратам. В обзоре рассмотрены разные механизмы развития резистентности меланомы и существующие подходы к ее преодолению.
